Our portfolio simulation has always featured a selection of US Corporate and Treasury bonds, but our latest update has also added 100 international bonds from Great Britain, Germany, France, and the Netherlands – giving a new dimension to fixed-income investing simulations.

Expanded Translation Support
StockTrak is proud to announce the culmination of years of translation work with our platform-wide translation update. This includes human-maintained translations of the entire portfolio simulation, lesson library, and budgeting game. We will be launching the new translations in French and Spanish in early September, with other languages following throughout the Fall semester.

Budget Game Mini-Games
The StockTrak Personal Budgeting Game for personal finance classes has had a major upgrade with the release of our Mini-Games: new activities students play each “week” of the game to reinforce more financial concepts with real-world applications. These games pertain to the “Weekend Choices” – working extra hours, studying, socializing, or taking care of household chores.

Budget Game Public Transit Mode
The Budget Game has been additionally enhanced with the introduction of our new Public Transit Mode. This gives classes additional flexibility on whether students own a car (especially while in “part-time mode”, managing the budget of a college student), and more options to let instructors custom-tailor their class simulation to meet the financial realities of the students they are teaching.
