Rory Olson

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Olson is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and public company executive with a proven track record of having founded, restructured and operated various companies from start-up stage to mature public company.

Mr. Olson was recently the Chief Operating Officer of privately held Airborne Entertainment, where in addition to making an investment he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the mobile content publisher. During his tenure, the company's market capitalization increased from $25 million in 2004 to $100 million, when it was sold in July, 2005.

Prior to his tenure at Airborne Entertainment, Mr. Olson engineered the purchase of the internet payment processing division of BCE Emergis, a leading provider of electronic commerce solutions, and subsequently guided it to becoming a public company which was re-organized and renamed Surefire Commerce, where he became the Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2002. During that time period, Surefire became a leading provider of payment processing solutions for both the internet gaming and online shopping verticals.

In 1998, he oversaw a merger of Bell Canada's electronic commerce division into IMPACT Immedia, which saw the creation of BCE Emergis, a company whose revenue grew from $35 million to $500 million and whose market capitalization grew from $200 million to $18 Billion over a 3 year period. In 1995, he co-founded Totalnet, Inc., an internet service provider which grew to become Canada's largest, private ISP before it was sold to IMPACT Immedia, a public company, in 1996. He subsequently held the role of Chief Operating Officer and developed the company's e-commerce business.

Mitchell Rosen, CA

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rosen is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced senior executive who has joined Neutron Enterprises with extensive business development, operations and merger and acquisition experience. Prior to joining Neutron Enterprises, Mr. Rosen was the principal in his own metal trading and consulting businesses, and has been actively involved as an advisor, consultant and investor in numerous businesses in a broad range of industries from technology to manufacturing.

In 2002 Mr. Rosen joined Triple M Metal, the largest Canadian Metal processor as Director of its non ferrous metal division. While at Triple M Metal, Mr. Rosen created a metal trading division and succeeded in significantly growing the company's sales and profitability and conceived and developed North America 's newest and most sophisticated secondary aluminum smelter, which recently commenced production. Prior to joining Triple M Metal, he acquired an interest in Dominion Metal & Refining Works Ltd., a Quebec-based metal processing company with revenue of approximately $40 million. While there, he held key operating roles including CFO and COO and grew the company organically and through acquisition from one location in Quebec to seven processing plants and seven trading offices throughout North America , with revenue of over $400 million by the time he sold his interest in the company in 2000.

Mr. Rosen graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1980 and subsequently completed his Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy and became a Chartered Accountant, joining the firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

Mark T. Brookshire

Founder and Vice-President of Sales

Mark T. Brookshire is the creator and founder of Stock-Trak. Originally conceived in 1990 as an educational tool for college students taking business and finance classes, Stock-Trak transitioned to the web in the mid 1990s and quickly became the most popular financial simulation site for college business students. From it's original website at www.StockTrak.com, the company grew as a provider of white label solutions for other corporate and educational organizations interested in offering stock market simulations to their customers. Stock-Trak now runs 45+ stock simulations sites branded for its clients.

As an innovator, Mr. Brookshire led the continuous development of the original Stock-Trak site from its initial offerings of just stock and mutual funds. Stock-Trak now features simulated trading of options, futures, bonds and equities from 25 exchanges around the world. Stock-Trak has now partnered with the leading financial publications and college textbook publishers worldwide as Stock-Trak grows globally.

Prior to founding Stock-Trak, Inc., Mr. Brookshire was a consultant at Deloitte & Touche in its Emerging Business Services group. Mr. Brookshire has a Masters Degree in Management from Georgia Tech and also passed the CPA exam.

Ray Shapira

Vice President of Event and Screen Marketing

Ray Shapira has a well established entrepreneurial business career spanning over 25 years. During this time, he has acquired an abundance of sales and marketing knowledge and applied it to a variety of business opportunities. Ray's experience and background is the perfect combination for Neutron Media Group's corporate direction. He has led the development of multi-million dollar sales initiatives and is considered a leader in the mobile and out-of-home advertising market. Mr. Shapira's knowledge and business contacts exemplify his tenure in the advertising industry and ultimately will be a key factor in the corporation's growth and future success.

Ray was responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for L.E.D. advertising in Times Square, NY on the ABC Super Screen, and the CVS "Super Screens" in Las Vegas. He has also instigated various special events for the PGA, the Ford International Jazz Festival and the McDonald's Air & Sea Show, to name but a few. Over the years, Ray has worked with many prestigious organizations including NASA, the Pentagon, The Commonwealth Games Committee and the ATP. His knowledge and business contacts illustrate his tenure in the advertising industry and ultimately will be a key factor in the corporation's growth and future success. As demonstrated when Chairman and President of Sharp Marketing & Associates Ltd. Ray will be leading a consolidated advertising and marketing team tasked with cross-selling Neutron products and services across the globe.
