| Q. |
I just opened and paid for my account, why can't I trade? |
| |
If you paid for your account today before 4:00 pm ET, your account will be working the next business day. You may call and make trades after you open your account, but the web page is updated once a day and will not allow you to make trades until it is updated. |

| Q. |
I just made a trade and received a confirmation, but I do not see that trade in my account. |
| |
The Account Activity on the web page is updated once a day around 8pm ET and it clearly states through which date it has been updated. If you made a trade earlier today and you received a confirmation, you can assume that trade is in your account. For example, any trade made between the hours of 4:01 pm ET Monday and 4:00 pm ET on Tuesday will show up in the Account Activity page around 8 pm ET Tuesday. |

| Q. |
The stock I own paid a dividend today and the dividend is not reflected in my portfolio. |
| |
When a dividend is paid, Stock-Trak makes the adjustment usually the next business day. Dividends will show up on your transaction history as a separate transaction. For instance, if Google Inc. paid a $0.75 dividend any you owned 100 shares of the stock then you would receive a cash payment for $75 ($0.75*100). |

| Q. |
The stock I own split today and the split is not reflected in my portfolio. |
| |
When a stock splits, Stock-Trak makes the adjustment usually the next business day. Splits are recorded as you receiving the stock at $0.00 cost for the extra shares. For example, if XYZ, Inc. (XYZ) encounters a 2:1 split and is currently trading at $100 per share and you own 100 shares then the results are as follows: The share price would decrease to $50 ($100/2) per share in your portfolio. In addition, your portfolio would receive an additional 100 shares of XYZ at a price of $0.00 so your total share amount will now be 200 shares values at $50 each. |

| Q. |
The stock I own is going to undergo a corporate action (merger/spin-off/buy-out) today and this is not reflected in my portfolio. |
| |
When a corporate action occurs, Stock-Trak makes the adjustment usually the next business day. You will see this change in your portfolio based on the details of the corporate action the next business day. For example, if Nike (NKE) is spinning off with Apple, Inc. (AAPL) and for every 4 shares owned in AAPL the investor would receive 1 share of NKE then the results are as follows: If your portfolio had 100 shares of AAPL, the next business day you would receive 25 shares of NKE in your portfolio at a price of $0.00/share. |

| Q. |
I have reached my trading limit, can Stock-Trak give me a few more trades? |
| |
Trade limits are stipulated by your professor and your professor only. Stock-Trak does not choose how many trades you receive. If you do reach your trade limit, you must ask your professor for permission to receive additional trades. If the professor agrees to allow you more trades, you may increase your trade limit by an additional 100 trades at a cost of $12.00. |
